CHATSPIN TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use dictate your access to and participation in the Chatspin platform. Please read these terms carefully before starting a video session.
01 Acceptance of Agreement
By entering Chatspin, launching a video chat, or registering an account, you enter into a legally binding contract with Chatspin. If you do not accept all terms outlined herein, you are expressly prohibited from using our website or video communication tools.
02 Age Requirement & Verification
By starting a video session, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the adult age of majority in your jurisdiction). We reserve the right to perform age verification checks and immediately terminate access for any account found to violate age restrictions.
03 Community Conduct & Prohibited Behavior
To maintain a safe and respectful social environment, users must strictly refrain from the following prohibited activities during live video calls:
- Broadcasting explicit nudity, sexually suggestive acts, or offensive adult material.
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or verbally abusing other participants.
- Promoting hate speech, racial discrimination, harassment, or illegal acts.
- Recording or taking screenshots of other participants without express written consent.
- Distributing spam, phishing links, commercial solicitations, or automated bot traffic.
- Attempting to bypass security filters, automated moderation systems, or block lists.
04 Reward Tokens & Mystery Boxes Terms
Chatspin offers gamified reward features, including daily login token streaks and Mystery Box unlocks:
- Non-Purchasable Status: Tokens cannot be purchased with fiat money or cryptocurrency. They can only be earned through organic video chatting, daily login check-ins, and friend referrals.
- No Cash Value: Tokens possess no cash value prior to official in-app Mystery Box redemption.
- Expiration & Forfeiture: Tokens associated with banned accounts or inactive profiles (over 180 days) may be forfeited without compensation.
05 Account Suspension & Enforcement
Chatspin utilizes automated AI vision screeners and human moderation teams. We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or permanently restrict access to any user or IP address that violates these Terms of Use, without prior notice or liability.
06 Limitation of Liability
Chatspin provides its video chatting services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Chatspin be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or interactions with third-party participants.
